By the Center is the official newsletter of SALPD. It contains our upcoming events, articles on bagpiping and drumming from
our members, as well as other members of the piping community. There are articles about all things Celtic whether it's history, current events
or culture and customs. We even list Celtic events coming up in and around the area. There may even be a good natured joke or two thrown in.
